- Manage a team of 10 people including researchers, developers, and designers.
- Define the research direction and strategy of the team.
- Design and scope research projects in collaboration with researchers and game development teams.
- Contribute to prototypes design, architecture and developments.
- Define and develop Ubisoft's generative AI strategy for content creation.

Notable projects and contributions:
- Ubisoft's internal generative AI platform
- Various image generation models to assist artists in their workflows, trained on proprietary assets from brands such as Assassin's Creed, Rabbids...
- Ghostwriter, a solution to assist narrative writers to generate dialogues using Large Language Models.
- Neural Rigging, a solution to assist riggers to generate skinning weight for characters using Graph Neural Networks.
- Multiple Reinforcement Learning projects to train bots in games such as XDefiant and Rabbids Party.

Director, Ubisoft La Forge, China

Ubisoft China AI & Data Lab was a local team created to empower Ubisoft China with analytics, machine learning and data driven innovation.
- Managed a team of 25 people including data analysts, data scientists, developers, product managers and UX/UI designers.
- Defined the strategy of the team.
- Designed and scoped projects in collaboration with game development teams.
- Contributed to analytics activities, products design, architecture and developments.

Notable projects and contributions:
- ZooBuilder, a prototype that generates 3D animations from videos of quadrupeds (published at the Symposium on Computer Animation and presented at SIGGRAPH Asia in 2020).
- Community Player Listener, a social listening solution to empower community managers with sentiment analysis, topics clustering, analytics and data visualization.
- Just Dance camera scoring, a deep learning based approach that leverages pose estimation for camera scoring from videos, for Just Dance.
- Craft, a platform to deploy machine learning prototypes for content creation, in the cloud.
- Ubisoft Help, a WeChat Mini Program for Customer Support powered with semantic search features.
