Led several product initiatives, overseeing a distributed product team, for an AI-driven, B2B SaaS banking platform.  
•	Portfolio Monitoring – Created a standalone loan monitoring product that used proprietary ML models, incorporating indicators from bank statements, tax and payment data to mitigate risk of loan default.  The new risk score we developed was ~20% more predictive of the probability of default.
•	Automation Engine – Developed an automation engine which led to 3x increased lending volumes and ~50% faster implementations from the prior year for the Implementation Team.
•	Generative AI / Chatbot – Led initiative to build a chatbot by fine-tuning an LLM to facilitate the lending process.

Led all phases of developing an innovative, niche web and mobile financial platform, from initial vision to production. 
•	Worked with the CEO to define product strategy, create a quarterly product roadmap, and obtained buy-in from the project stakeholders and development team on deliverable milestones. 
•	Managed multiple 3rd parties to coordinate delivery: this included a bank-linking platform, debit card provider, and low-code frontend development provider to ensure a successful launch.
•	Led all Agile activities: sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retros to drive high sprint velocity and ensure alignment within a development team that scaled up from 6 to 24 people in order to complete the initiative.
