Withing the publishing team of Kwanko, responsible of the growth and quality of our Display & Adtech publisher portfolio composed of +250 partners across the globe :

✓ Manage and grow relationships with premium and strategic publishers on all markets (mainly EU, US and Latam)
✓ Regularly monitor publishers activity : Reports, optimisation of offers, management of partner relations
✓ Manage publisher requests on a daily basis and provide regular training on new functionalities

✓ Identify and prospect qualitative publishers on all revelant markets (mainly EU, US and Latam)
✓ Product pitch via emails, phone and video calls

✓ Keep record of all activities in our CRM System

Responsible for acquiring and growing the digital subscriber portfolio of the group Le Figaro which is the oldest Newspaper in France and the leader on News audiences. 

✓  Identify source of growth, profitability and efficiencies in current or new areas through strategic thinking, product development, promotion and partnership
✓  Drive paid campaign strategy focusing on content, retargeting and funnel
✓  Plan, execute, and optimize Social media ads campaigns, Display ads and Search
✓  Manage the creative workflow to meet deadline’s projects (landing pages, campaigns) and ensure the follow-up with creative agencies and creative internal teams

As product manager, I mainly worked on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Boxsets for the Christmas period. The catalog was composed of 430 products and at least, 40 new boxsets.

✓  Work on the go-to-market strategy for the Christmas Boxsets offer by participating at the boxsets' pick-off, the sales forecast and the media planning
✓  Coordinate packaging developments from creative brief to follow-up with cross functional teams (Creative teams, Legal team, EMEA production center) in order to meet the Christmas deadline
✓  Plan the Christmas Showroom with cross functional teams
✓  Support Sales team by providing a catalog regrouping all boxsets and, POS advertisings
