Senior Manager - Automated Credit Adjudication initiatives

Leading (or supporting, as appropriate) product/project development & implementation initiatives through the product development life cycle process:
- strategy development  
- idea generation 
– planning (Business case approval & funding) 
– capturing system & other requirements 
– product design & development
 – Testing 
– Pilot & Launch  
- Post launch review. 

In partnership with key stakeholders, overall mandate is to drive (or support) the end-to-end development and implementation of HEF projects and initiatives which support revenue growth, cost management, improved operational effectiveness, maintaining compliance,  and enhancing overall product profitability and portfolio quality.

Senior Manager - Product Development

- Facilitate/manage the gathering of business requirements for the project. 

- Facilitate/manage the development of the project definition (scope and deliverables). 

- Ensure risk assessments are completed, and contingency plans identified. 

- Provide input and prepare project/ implementation plan. 

- Identification of project issues and risks, escalate and manage resolution as required. 

- Provide regular project status reports to steering committees, PMO & Senior Management. 

- Conduct post project reviews, in conjunction with project team.

Manager, Initiatives Development - Home Equity Financing (HEF) Strategic Initiatives

- Work on different initiatives withing Credit Originations group varying in complexities from small to large size projects.

- Coordinate and conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions.

- Ensure successful completion of project objectives within scope, budget, on time and as per PMO methodology. 

- Prepare appropriate documentation for assigned projects.

- Utilize different types of requirements methodologies such as: Object Orientation, Use Cases, Unified Modeling Language, iterative methodologies like RUP and traditional waterfall approach.
