• Successfully run an analysis to find insight on which variables giving the most impact to the company main business metrics, with a forecasting calculation as the final product and is being used by the C-level and HODs to prepare the weekly plan(s)
• Successfully run an analysis on creating a customer segmentation (customer tier) by experimenting on both classification and clustering algorithms, resulting in more effective calls made by the consultant team
• Successfully completed 30+ projects (data and/or analysis), working cross-division (Product, Sales, Growth) and cross-countries (Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan), with the final product is mostly a dashboard or an analysis result deck, which being used by managerial and staff
• Doing weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis for internal business process, with the final product is a monthly report for C-level and a bi-weekly news for all employees
