In a world 🌏 teetering on the edge of cut-throat business practices, I've always believed in wearing the “good governance and ethics white hat” 🎩 and helping clients I serve do the same. With 25+ years immersed at the C-Suite and Board level, Governance and advocate for Sustainability & Responsibility; my goal is straightforward – to ensure that businesses do more than merely make profits. I help organisations avoid sanctions and reputation damage by being compliant with regulations and best practices, while delivering benefits to all stakeholders. "Being good is better for business," a motto I have held dear and deliver keynotes on. My journey has been about creating impact. I have not only had the privilege of influencing national discourse - shaping government policy and addressing the U.K House of Lords, lecturing in sustainability, corporate ethics and governance, I am making a mark globally with the numerous clients I work with. My contributions extend to numerous charities I am part of as Chair or Trustee/Director, including our own social impact initiative IBRIE Foundation, where we nurture leadership in young people across the UK and developing countries. As the CEO of Lumorus PLC, I have collaborated with governments, set boardroom standards, designed responsible business frameworks, and even earned the title of "kingmaker” 🤴🏾in some spheres.
