O forse è solo la prova definitiva che chi scrive gli annunci non ha la minima idea di cosa stia comprando.

Scorro la home e vedo aziende cercare profili con "comprovata esperienza" e "seniority verticale" nell'uso dell'Intelligenza Artificiale applicata alla SEO.

Facciamo due conti, calendario alla mano.

L'impatto reale, massivo e strutturale dell'AI generativa sui motori di ricerca è storia del 2024. Prima era sperimentazione per pochi nerd o automazione di basso livello. Oggi è il paradigma che sta riscrivendo le regole del traffico organico.

Quindi mi state dicendo che dodici mesi vi bastano per definire qualcuno un esperto?

Se un anno di tentativi su strumenti in beta è sufficiente per assegnare una seniority, allora abbiamo un problema serio di standard. Avete abbassato l'asticella così tanto che basta saper fare un copia-incolla da un LLM per sembrarvi uno strategist.

La verità è scomoda: non esistono esperti consolidati di cose appena nate. Siamo tutti studenti.

Chi si vende come guru dell'AI SEO dopo un anno sta vendendo fumo. Chi assume cercando questa etichetta sta comprando un'illusione.

Il valore vero non è nella conoscenza tecnica di un tool che cambierà tra tre mesi. Il valore è nella testa di chi ha visto Panda, Penguin, i Core Update storici e ora guarda a SearchGPT con la stessa lucidità.

Non vi serve qualcuno che sappia "usare l'AI". Vi serve qualcuno che sappia perché usarla e soprattutto quando non usarla per evitare di distruggere il brand con contenuti spazzatura.

Smettetela di assumere in base alle buzzword del trimestre.

Preferite un junior che conosce l'ultimo prompt o un senior che capisce come l'AI impatta sul bilancio aziendale?
