Plant Controller Manager

	Manage all costing activities, inventory, review standard cost of inventory, review and analyze cost of raw material (price and usage analysis)

Costing Manager

* Main responsibilities are being Finance Business Partner for Manufacturing Operation (Mill) and Business Management as well.
* FP&A role at Indonesia country P&L: Gross to Net Value, Gross Profit Analysis and OP analysis. Conduct Quarterly Financial Forecast cycle and Variance analysis (Analysis of Change - AOC) from Standard Costing (COGS) to OP as Indonesia country P&L.
* Plant Controller role at Mill: Budgeting & Control Mill Annual Spending (Overhead) and Material Cost to be Product Cost (COGM). Conduct Forecast and Variance Analysis as well.
* Support and Control Mill Operation to achieve KPI and good manufacturing practice in term of (and not limited) deliver timely and accurate Waste Report, Manufacturing Cost Report, and Cost Saving Analysis. Work together with the Finance Team to implement and apply Cost Accounting Policies and Procedures as they are derived. Ensure that internal control and operation are complied with.
* Others function as Business Analyst to support Regional and Global Management Project, Provide Forecast Transfer Price to other K-C countries subsidiaries, Lead financial review of CAPEX appropriation, and play an active role in identifying cost savings ideas and participate in cost savings initiatives at the mill.

Business Analyst

PT. SCG Lightweight Concrete Indonesia

Responsibilities: 
•	Conduct, Analyze, Control and Review Variable Cost (Raw Material, Direct Labor, Assigned Cost) for Production activities in Plant in daily, summarize and analyze for total cost in closing period.
•	Conduct improvement project and best practices to improve cost performance, review process and provide solution necessary
•	Acting as Finance & Accounting Dept. Head by conducting F&A Team to support and control business operation using SAP, provide and analyze cashflow report, A/R & A/P, taxation, and monthly closing report. 
•	Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
•	Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
•	Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
•	Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
•	Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.

Cost Controller - Plant

Responsibilities: 
•	Manage and conduct Business Support Operation for Sales activities in PT. Sony Indonesia, focusing on HO daily activities of PO received, Sales Inventory Management (Adjust Out Gift – Stock out and Sample Out – Borrowing), SO creation, and Invoicing submission, return process and its lead time completion, user of SAP.
•	Monitoring and improve current SOP and process as company direction and overcome business changes impact to daily operational. 
•	Initiate improvement and controlling project on Sales Administration area to ensure Sales Administration Team achieve company direction (project handled: Improve A/R DSO)
•	Conduct Sales Administration Team to ensure business support operation as well as branch admin, and to enhance current process by improving SOP to overcome business changes

HO Sales Administration Head

Responsibilities: 
• In General, Administration Head function is to manage and secure company’s assets such as fixed asset, inventory, A/R and Cash, people, etc, play role as Credit and Risk Manager in branches
• Responsible for all administration activities support in Yogyakarta Branch (geographical coverage: Yogyakarta, Solo, Purwokerto) by leading and conducting Administration Department to meet company target and regulation
• Conduct all unit support team such as: A/R, Sales Administration, Marketing Support, Finance, Accounting and Tax , Promotion, and Warehouse

•	Conduct all unit support team such as: A/R, Sales Administration, Marketing Support, Finance, Accounting and Tax , Promotion, and Warehouse

Responsibilities: 
•	Provide Report of Branch Budget and control its usage and remain
•	Provide Price Correction, Credit Notes, Debit Notes and Incentives to Dealer
      and control All Notes confirmation status in System (liaise with HO)
•	Control dealer’s order limits and propose limit increasing
•	Execute Marketing campaign program engaged with CN and incentive to
    dealer (supervised by Branch Manager) and provide its achievement report
•	Propose New Dealer Registration to Head Office
•	Provide solution to internal problem of Marketing Support team

Marketing Support Coordinator
