Law Enforcement Leader with 28 years experience, many at the Command Level with the Orange County Sheriff's Office in Orlando Florida. Currently serving in the Healthcare Security arena as well as an instructor for C3 Pathways a unique emergency response training , exercise and consulting organization with deep roots in public safety and technology, where I assisted in the development and currently instruct in the Active Shooter Incident Management Program which is done in partnership with ALERRT out of Texas State University, TEEX out of Texas A&M University's National Emergency Response and Recovery Training Center. I have also been Blessed to have served as a Public Safety SME for Winbourne Consulting, Guiliani Security and Safety, as well as Beary Public Safety Group.
