Coaching
I offer individual executive coaching to help leaders grow into their potential, I coach groups of leaders from across an organization as they learn alongside one another, and I do career coaching to help leaders clarify and pursue their career goals.

Leadership Development
I design and facilitate development experiences for leaders (from short workshops to multi-day retreats) that target the leadership capabilities that an organization needs, and I design organization-wide development programs that build communities of leaders who can execute on their strategies.

Team Effectiveness
I assess a leadership team’s strengths and gaps, then work with them, over time and in the context of their day-to-day work, to increase their capacity to trust one another and engage in productive conflict – all so they can deliver on their business goals

How I Do the Work
•	I help orgs define the leadership skills needed to achieve their business goals, then design experiences and programs that target those skills.  
•	I bring deep, researched-based expertise about how people and teams grow, not “flavor of the month”.  
•	I genuinely care about the leaders I have the privilege of coming alongside, and approach my work with empathy and curiosity.  
•	I hold up a mirror when leaders are not seeing something important, and I challenge leaders when they need it.

•	Manage professional leadership coaching program, including recruiting/managing external coaches and advising with HR colleagues and people managers on coaching engagements

I work with leaders across the for- and not-for-profit sectors, including the public sector, tech, philanthropy, healthcare, social services, education, entertainment, retail, ESG, and professional services.

My energy to work alongside leaders and teams is fueled by my passion to build teams and organizations that have diverse representation and whose members have a deep sense of fairness and belonging.

I live in Seattle with my husband and two cats, Olaf and Blanche. I love nurturing the landscaping outside our 100-year-old house. Walt Disney World and Palm Springs are my happy places.
