I help small business owners and companies look after their employees by keeping them pain free, agile, mentally sharp; happy and motivated to keep producing at the expected levels. How do I do that? My team and I come into your office and provide seated massage as the main service, alleviating pain and discomfort and also offer wellness programs like group fitness, breath awareness and mindset coaching to keep everyone accountable for their own health and wellbeing. I understand this philosophy profoundly and that's why my employees are always looked after. How else could they look after yours! Apart from working with business owners, I also work personally with people. I have been a Health Practitioner for almost 25 years now and have had the privilege of working with some great teachers, mentors and coaches over the years, to help me hone in my skills and talents. I am a massage therapist, personal trainer, breathwork facilitator and most recently a health coach. I work one on one with clients, helping them build foundations that support their growth; mentally, physically and emotionally.
