o	Designed a PMO strategy and mobilized a Steering Committee for Moderna's Quality Assurance Drug Substance division. 
o	Developed a scalable end-to-end raw materials oversight strategy and team. 
o	Created a COPQ reduction strategy for DNA/Plasmid production

National Carwash Solutions NCS (2022-2023): Grimes, IA
o	Co-developed a Growth strategy for a manufacturing Portco e.g., Pricing Optimization, Cost Cutting/Capacity Increase, and On-Time-Complete.
o	Designed an ePMO strategy and governance model and assembled the C-suite to oversee the strategy. 
o	Assembled a team of network general managers to propose cost and capacity projects and delivered the program.

Food Chain ID FCID (2022): Fairfield, IA
o	Partnered with commercial and financial executives to design and communicate a new sales capacity and quota model and commercial processes. 
o	Created and executed an enterprise PMO 
o	Led the successful integration of seven acquired companies and carveouts into one operationally scalable Technical Services Division 

US Foot and Ankle Specialists USFAS (2021-2022): Rockville, MD
o	Established an Integration Management Office and cross-functional team for a burgeoning Podiatry firm 

Arctan Networks (2021): Columbia, MD
o	Led efforts between telecom and cyber security firms to jointly respond to an RFP from a state government

o	Collaborated with PE-owned drone technology company to create an enterprise operating plan for 2020, launch new drone products, and close ongoing deals.

o	Designed and brought to market  a CFR Part 11 compliant eCommerce solution for aftermarket regulated (GMP) raw materials.
o	Consulted with regulated manufacturing in pharmaceuticals to optimize cost by better managing custom and compendial raw materials, excipients, and intermediates, e.g., forecasting, release, waste, among others.

Integrated planning efforts and resources of construction, IQ/OQ/PQ, and operational readiness for the addition of 20,000L in biopharmaceutical processing capacity to the existing network via a capital project.

Demonstrated versatility in supply chain strategy and operational excellence roles within biotech commercial and clinical manufacturing. Supported the Supply Chain Transformation by actively contributing to the development of business cases for substantial capital projects and coaching senior leaders in the adoption of GSK’s innovative production system; all of which played a key role in the successful commercial launches of Nucala and Benlysta.

Coached cross-functional leaders to develop training plans that align with resource constraints. Helped mobilize over 3,000 ready Soldiers who met mission objectives. Mobilized to Kosovo 2006-2007 as part of OEF. Active duty for both federal and state (Ohio National Guard).
