Business Development and Sales of Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) in the Nordic region. OPA is part of Oracle's CX portfolio and it enables the automation of complex policies in areas such as credit, loans, pricing, insurance claims, financial policies such as FATCA and KYC, warranty management, reverse logistics, HR processes, etcetera.
I developed a business plan and go-to-market strategy, attended and sponsored events, recruited and developed business partners, identified, developed and closed win-win deals to execute projects with new and existing customers, created leads and pipeline and grow the eco-system for OPA in the region.
Grew the business from 'almost nothing' to overachieving the expected business with more than 500% in just under 2 years.
