As a member of the Leadership Council for the UF Health Partners In Adolescent Lifestyle Support (P.A.L.S.) Program, I was able to provide input on what could be done within Alachua County Public Schools and other private schools in the area, to ensure that students' mental health needs were met, and they felt safe to share their issues when they might be struggling. During this time, I also was in charge of one major fundraiser among Alachua county schools. I sat on this council for 3 years, which was my limit.

Developed graphics and pamphlets to be used at national trade shows and created palm and cards for each product for distribution. Designed business cards themed for the trade show. Edited designs of booth setup to be used across all materials to ensure uniformity.

Managed and set up social media profiles. Devised a content strategy and developed media units specific to each social media platform. Created graphic designs to unify the brand look on all social media platforms. Composed advertisements for four of their subsidiaries in the educational industry. Tracked progress made against other multi-million-dollar industry competitors and made changes to achieve competitive advantage as needed.

Gathered audio/visual materials from various housing facilities around the city. Composed a video presentation for the organization’s 50th anniversary in Final Cut Pro. Uploaded the presentation to the organization’s YouTube Channel and monitored analytics.

At the age of 16, he founded his first business, Presidential Designs, LLC - Elite Tier Marketing, which was a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and drive.

He attended the University of Florida where he received a degree in business, and in a testament to his dedication and hard work, he graduated from college before even graduating from high school.

In addition to his love for business, Ronald is also deeply committed to his faith and has a passion for singing. He believes in having a positive impact on others and helping people achieve their full potential.
