Le 22 octobre, lors du Global Forum on Leadership, Learning and Strategic Change à Montréal, j’ai eu l’honneur de recevoir le Prix Robert L. Dilworth pour ma réalisation exceptionnelle en apprentissage exécutif.

Cette reconnaissance reflète des années de contributions individuelles et de travail partagé. Elle reprend ce que nous avons écrit dans Codevelopment Action Learning for Business : le vrai changement naît du dialogue, de la confiance et de la co-création.

On October 22, at the Global Forum on Leadership, Learning and Strategic Change in Montreal, I was honored to receive the Robert L. Dilworth Award for Outstanding Achievement in Executive Learning.

This recognition reflects years of individual contributions and shared work. It echoes what we wrote in Codevelopment Action Learning for Business: real change happens through dialogue, trust, and co-creation.

I’m proud to stand alongside my fellow co-authors Maxime Paquet, Nathalie Sabourin, M.Sc. CHRP, and Nathalie Lafranchise, Ph.D., who each received this award for their own outstanding contributions. 

Over past three years, we’ve advanced Codevelopment Action Learning (CAL), spoken at conferences from Berlin, Barcelona, Manchester, to Singapore, and supported leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Tutorat inversé intergénérationnel: ma nouvelle aventure!

Vous savez tous que j’adore toutes les formes d'accompagnement.  Cette fois, c’est à mon tour d’expérimenter le tutorat inversé un samedi matin dans le froid au Mont-Royal avec Arianne Malboeuf!   Merci Arianne pour ce moment unique! 

J’ai eu la chance de partager mon expertise en co-leadership sur le podcast Ère H Podcast avec sa collègue Ève Robillard, M.Sc.  Cette rencontre avec ces deux dynamos au doctorat en psychologie organisationnelle a été l’étincelle qui m’a poussée à oser faire différemment cette année… et à réaliser un rêve que je caresse depuis longtemps.

Le tutorat inversé et intergénérationnel m’inspire à sortir de ma zone de confort et à envisager des projets qui reflètent mes valeurs de co-création et de développement des talents, pour transformer mes façons de faire et stimuler l’innovation.

It’s not uncommon to see people hold their breath when they’re focused on a tough problem.

I’ve observed that when teams pause and listen, people start to breathe again, mentally and emotionally.

There was a session where someone finally exhaled, not because they got the answer, but because they had space to find it themselves.

A pattern I see is that a short pause can lead to better decisions.

In our book Codevelopment Action Learning for Business, we highlight how CAL creates recovery moments that matter.

Do you ever find your best thinking happens when you’re moving? I’ve worked with leaders who pace during calls or meetings, and it helps them process and reflect.

I’ve seen teams create space for people to move through their thinking, not just rush to solutions.

There was a session where a team member walked while sharing a challenge, and the group listened without interrupting. The ideas that surfaced were richer and more grounded.

It’s become clear to me that progress comes when teams create space to reflect together.

In our book Codevelopment Action Learning for Business, we show how CAL supports progress by making space for reflection and movement.
