Panoply Digital Ltd is a women-owned, socially conscious organisation using our expertise in ICT, education, and gender to create solutions to development challenges. We work with diverse stakeholders, providing advisory services, learning design, training, and end-to-end project implementation. 

Our core business is education, gender, ICT, and digital development. Between us, our team members have decades of experience in this, and are recognised leaders in the field. We are a core team of 4 full-time directors and 7 associates who work on cross-sectoral projects. Our director and associate team is global, with people based in Europe, the US, Asia, and Africa. 

Our approach to our work is based on the Principles of Digital Development - and we particularly emphasise human-centred design. Our work cuts across both the private and the public sector, and has included online training development, monitoring and evaluation services, strategy and partnership development, policy work, research, development of toolkits, design of mobile solutions, training, and advocacy and outreach.

The Principles for Digital Development champion cross-sector collaboration, open knowledge sharing, and community-driven solutions. The Advisory Council will increase the ability of the Digital Principles to enable best technology practices, create a culture of cogent purpose and community, generate new approaches in diverse sectors, and empower global actors and our stakeholders to build and sustain strong, equitable societies. And we will inspire new ways to engage the Digital Principles’ greatest asset—our community, partners, and colleagues.

As Chair of the Board for InnovateHer, I am helping co-Founders Jo Morfee and Chelsea Slater get the tech industry ready for girls and girls ready for the tech industry. Taking an intersectional approach to our work, I curated a multiracial, multigenerational board of talented people committed to helping girls live their best lives by learning with technology. Providing leadership to the platform, proposition, and overall business direction to this entrepreneurial social enterprise set to change the UK and the world.

I led the global CAN team and support network partners to deliver on data.org’s commitment to train one-million purpose-driven data professionals by 2032. I also drove collaboration across sectors to build on the momentum of open-source curricula development, and engaged and explored effective and scalable strategies to deliver on this ambitious goal.

Noise Solution

Noise Solution is one of the UK’s top 100-performing social enterprises pioneering digital youth work. They mentor through music and music technologies, including mobile. The music-making is fun but they've designed the experience – and the sharing of it – to specifically encourage autonomy, competence, and relatedness. As Non-Executive Director with Noise Solution, my responsibilities included:
 
1. Leadership of the organization’s long-term approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as racial justice, equity, and systemic reimagining;
2. Making a significant contribution to the creation of a compelling vision for the future and implementation of measurable strategies necessary for success; and
3. Demonstrating clarity of purpose and direction, and inspiring and motivating professional staff and volunteers to exceed performance expectations in line with Noise Solution’s strategic and operational objectives.

Internet Society

The Internet Society is a global non-profit working to ensure that the Internet of opportunity can benefit all. As Global Head of Training and Learning at The Internet Society, I led the end-to-end rebuild and relaunch of our training programs, including the digital transformation of existing training activities due to COVID-19. In addition to budget development and management, hiring, and team leadership, my mandate was to bring together and empower our global community of 90,000+ members by hosting educational and networking opportunities related to: 
 
1. Connecting the unconnected;
2. Championing protocols that keep the Internet secure;
3. Bridging the gap between policymakers, technical experts, and business leaders in the Internet industry; and
4. Building, promoting, and defending the network of networks.

By the end of 2021, over 9,000 learners across the world were able to access industry-leading courses in advocacy, technical, and business areas of the Internet with course satisifaction ratings averaging over 92%.

Global Head, Training and eLearning

GSMA

• Designed, developed, launched, and led the training workstream, including the GSMA Capacity Building eLearning portal. Analyzed data from the portal to provide regular performance updates and impact assessments for the program head and Chief Regulatory Officer. Trained over 1,300 government employees face-to-face and online across 150+ countries.

• Oversaw the ongoing management, initial development, and launch of a new GSMA online Capacity Building portal. Face-to-face delivery of GSMA-approved Capacity Building courses in the market, on an ad hoc basis as required by training partners and/or governments, policymakers, and regulators.

Policy & Regulation Training Delivery Director - Government & Regulatory Affairs

Collaborated with the Content Manager to develop new courses and materials for what was launched as the GSMA Capacity Building program. This program was created to bridge the gap between policymakers and regulators and the mobile industry through unique training opportunities. Coached senior trainers and experts on effective constructivist pedagogical methods for face-to-face training delivery.

Senior Digital Learning and Training Manager - Government & Regulatory Affairs

Universidad Nacional de Colombia

Served as a guest lecturer for the National University of Colombia's Department of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics. Lectures focused on Sustainable Development and ICTs and were geared towards bachelor and postgraduate students who were studying to become engineers.

Dr. Ronda Železný-Green is a digital changemaker creating social learning systems to empower Black people, women, people with disabilities, and other marginalized populations in the technology and education sectors. Serving as a mobile technologist, trainer, and researcher, Ronda’s nearly 20 years of professional experience spans five continents and the public, private, and civil society sectors. A Black and Native American-British cis woman excelling with ADHD, Ronda also has extensive experience delivering action-oriented training that integrates the themes of racial equity and justice and gender with global perspectives. Hallmarks of her career include:

•	learning/educating with tech and data;
•	championing, coaching, and mentoring women in tech and data; and
•	empowering people to use technology as transformative tools to live their best lives.
