I am an executive leadership coach and Dream Team Architect. I work with leaders and organizations to identify executive opportunities and challenges which evoke transformation in leadership and organizational engagement. I work extensively with C-Suite and senior executives in financial services, telecom, tech, online education and the entertainment industries. My work includes a strong focus on operations leadership, startup leadership, team alignment, building effective communications skills and recognizing natural behaviors, motivations and needs to create a strong leadership presence. My partners and I founded PIQue Coaching & Strategy Group (www.pique.coach). We developed a innovative approach to personal and professional development for leaders committed to growing high performance teams. We created a long-term and sustainable model that combines data and neuroscience coaching that is simple, easy to use and helps organizations and leaders grow. I received my coaching certification through The International Coaching Federation (PCC) and the Coactive Training Institute (CPCC). I am a trained “Mental Fitness Coach” through my work with Positive Intelligence and am a certified partner with The Predictive Index. I am an active member of ICF/LA and have a passion for coaching executives who are in transition and for working with people in addiction recovery. My first career was in the entertainment industry as a senior executive with some of the most well known and respected brands. This included Fox, Hallmark, Sony and Fremantle, before beginning a transition to the coaching world in 2014. As a leader and mentor, I was fascinated and curious about discovering why companies in general, showed very little empathy for employees at all levels, including senior executives, and the impact this had on their productivity, engagement and overall wellbeing. My own personal experience led me to coaching and to undertake extensive coach training while still working full time. Today I continue to be curious and fascinated by how organizations lead and engage their employees and how leaders navigate their own personal and professional challenges and create new opportunities for themselves and others.
