Enterprise Account Executive

RR Donnelley

As an Outside Sales Account Executive I was responsible for prospecting  net new business in Southern California as well serving as the main point of contact for our largest customer in the pharmaceutical industry (maker of Botox).

•$2.5 million print sales 2014 (average transaction $15,000).
•120% to goal for calendar year 2014.
•Engage in Multi-channel sales solutions including print on demand, one off transactional work, and national cross selling. 
•Build relationships with clients and prospects acting as single point of contact for incoming quote requests including sales proposals for new business and order entry forms for production.

Account Executive

In this role I managed the day to day transactions of our top 10 clients with total combined sales of $3+ million . This included daily meetings with these clients about new projects, status updates on existing projects as well as working with our internal teams both locally and nationally to coordinate the completion dates set forth by the clients.

•Coordinate and manage transactional projects including all communication with the client and end user with each sale ranging from $5,000 – $250,000 in value. 
•Work with 3 Account Representatives whose annual total sales are $2.5 – $3 Million in managing day to day account transactions. 
•Work directly with large Consumer Electronics Company on coordinating projects with annual spend from $750,000 - $1 million annually.
•Assist Accounting department with revenue close in excess of $500,000 per month.

Pinnacle Employee Group Inc

Working as the Marketing Lead I was able to implement the foundation for an Inbound Marketing strategy which included Search Engine Optimization, Blog posts, a new website, use case videos and printed marketing materials for the sales staff. 

•Implemented Keyword SEO strategy utilizing Hubspot software to increase website traffic.
•Added 200 new prospects to internal CRM System using SEO, networking and cold calling. 
•Attend target specific networking events in an effort to grow business.

Marketing Lead

FedEx Office

Responsible for growing sales at 5 local FedEx centers. I Held weekly meetings with staff and management to identify new business opportunities as well as additional business potential for existing clients. I would meet with clients to better understand their needs and present customized plans to generate more business and while saving the client/prospect money.  

•Developed relationships to drive revenue in pipeline for Key Market Account Customers and Prospects.  
•Partnered with Corporate Account Team's to identify and sign Customers to CAP Agreements generating $250,000 – $750,000 in print spend.
•Hunted leads through the use of internal SCR reports, leads from production team, and cold calling. 
•Prepared customer quotes to meet price points ranging from $1,000 - $250,000. 
•Ended FY12 at 105% to plan.

My responsibilities were to generate net new business for the company. I used an out of the box approach which included cold calling, emails, and sample drop offs to target top tier companies in the Phoenix metro area in an effort to meet face to face and discuss strategies to streamline print and marketing costs.  

•Cultivated strong client relationship and closed a 2 year $2 million dollar contract.
•Developed online ordering tool for client that will consolidate and brand marketing for 460+ locations and greatly increase employee efficiencies.    
•Effectively listened to clients needs and was able to implement ordering process to decrease overall print spend by 12%
•Continually acquire accounts and manage multiple existing accounts.

Upon college graduation, I entered into a Sales Leadership Development Program to learn the printing industry from the ground up. I spent time in the manufacturing plant as well key front office roles including, accounting, project management and scheduling/purchasing. Within 3 years I had transitioned into the role of Outside Sales Executive for net new business. 

Project Coordinator
August 2006 – May 2007 (10 months)
•Coordinated projects ranging from $5,000 - $100,000 from inception to completion. 
•Implemented cost saving measures that reduced production costs from 5% - 15% while delivering a superior product. 
•Partnered with clients, account reps, operations and vendors to resolve various production issues.
•Outsourced portions of projects, wrote purchase orders, negotiated prices and contractual terms and conditions.
•Calculated pricing of jobs that ranged from $1,000 to $250,000.

Scheduling/Purchasing Agent
January 2006 – July 2006 (7 months)
•Led a team of 4 Project Coordinators delegating projects and responsibilities. 
•Scheduled 75+ projects per week to deliver products based on client due dates. 
•Purchased $5,000 - $10,000 worth of production materials per day via an online ordering system. 
•Developed and implemented Excel Spreadsheet that calculated job process time, allowing  more efficient equipment and personnel scheduling.

Job Cost Analyst
February 2004 – December 2005 (1 year 11 months)
•Performed revenue close in excess of $1 million a month. 
•Analyzed 300+ production jobs per month insuring the company was achieving expected margins. 
•Implemented Excel based system that reduced revenue close cycle time from 10 days to 2 days.
