As the Regional Director for Insights in the Nordics, I have the privilege of leading a dedicated organization to drive our commercial growth initiatives in Northern Europe. Together, we foster cross-regional collaboration to ensure a seamless and consistent sales and delivery experience that delights our valued customers worldwide.

My core responsibilities span a wide spectrum, including accountability for sales, revenue generation, financial performance, and delivery metrics across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.  In this capacity, I am entrusted with executing the Insights Global Sales Strategy, with a primary goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and nurturing engagement within our regional teams.

Moreover, I serve as a key signatory for all geographic compliance and governance activities, ensuring that our operations adhere to the highest standards of integrity and accountability.

My expertise spans across recruitment, outplacement, career counseling, and leadership development. I specialize in providing strategic guidance, facilitating competency development, and leading transformative change initiatives.

With a background as a former Air Force officer and a master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology, I bring a unique blend of leadership experience and academic insight to my consulting and advisory work. My professional journey includes serving as a Strategic Advisor to the General at NATO AWACS and, most recently, as the Head of Training & Development at MHI Vestas Offshore Wind.

Throughout my career, I have successfully overseen global leadership development programs, managed graduate programs, facilitated major organizational transformations, and held overall governance responsibility for strategic training and learning initiatives within large organizations. My expertise extends to the public sector as well, with previous consulting experience at the Ministry of Taxation.

Beyond my professional roles, I contribute actively to the corporate landscape by serving on multiple boards and advisory boards in Denmark, the Netherlands, and Germany. I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact on organizations both nationally and internationally.

With over two decades of experience in strategic leadership and innovation, I've had the privilege of contributing to organizations across various domains. My focus has encompassed operations, cost control, team productivity, and project management, where I've worked alongside dedicated teams to implement talent and learning processes aimed at delivering value.

During my tenure at MHI Vestas, I had the opportunity to be part of a collaborative effort to introduce a Learning Content Management System (LCMS), which provided the organization with a robust digital content production infrastructure for learning, knowledge sharing, and performance support. I consistently identified areas for skills improvement and facilitated technical training programs for global production facilities, with the aim of supporting productivity, fostering employee development, and facilitating career growth.

One of the highlights of my time at MHI Vestas was the chance to contribute to leadership development by organizing quarterly training sessions for our SVP and VP levels. This initiative aimed to empower our leadership team with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

Additionally, I had the privilege of playing a role in creating the MHI Vestas Graduate Programme, an initiative that attracted top talent and helped them integrate seamlessly into the company's culture and goals.

I also recognized the importance of data-driven decision-making and had the opportunity to assist in developing a performance dashboard and transformation plan, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

I co-steered portfolio management activities for a complete organisational restructure, including closing a whole squadron and merging with two existing ones. I operated almost 1000 hours in the AWACS in multinational crews in high intensity environments. I designed and implemented new training policies, procedures, process flows, and organisation charts with an aim to improve internal and external customer experience and journey. I presented expert insights and recommended effective strategies while serving in various international conflicts as chief operations officer and fighter allocator.

The following are highlights of the value I’ve brought my organisation:

•	Introduced synergies between the business and human capital by re-structuring business activities, processes, competencies, and models for all divisions.
•	Unified 16 different nations around a shared project model to run a complete organisational restructuring, allowing NATO AWACS component to reach interim operational capability one month prior to schedule. 
•	Developed a performance dashboard and transformation plan to foster continuous improvement culture.
