Responsible for Netsocket’s Virtual Edge product sales and business development worldwide. Due to this product’s innovative use of Virtualization, Software Defined Networking, Network Functions Virtualization and Cloud architecture, customer messaging and education was vital for adoption. This was done via whitepapers, Webex and in-person presentations. Through these efforts, customers, channel partners and technical partners were added and customers were acquired in three regions – North America, Africa and Europe.

The ASE system protects and defends a telecommunications carrier's most critical assets - network, subscribers and revenue - against fraud, cyber warfare and unwanted access.

Sales responsibility for a portable GSM/GPRS/CDMA/VoIP monitoring system within an assigned region.  Worked closely with Research and Development, Product Management and Sales Support Team in order to achieve defined goals.

Product Sales Specialist

Managed a geographically dispersed team that was responsible for the installation, integration and support of the largest General Packet Radio Service monitoring system in North America. Interfaced with the customer to resolve installation issues, hardware/software issues and ensured production readiness of the system. Created North American Customer Support organization and Professional Services Team from the ground up. Created and maintained budgets and project schedules for all Systems projects in North America.

Director, Customer Operations

Part of a 50+ person startup that was focused on introducing new and innovative products into the telecommunications market. Responsible for system testing, beta project planning, customer training, installation, and ongoing support of Sevis Systems' product line. This included the installation of LAN/WAN infrastructure if needed and the building of VPN's for remote system troubleshooting and monitoring. Also managed a two person IS team that was responsible for Sevis' internal LAN/WAN infrastructure, NT servers, UNIX servers and all desktops.

Levi Strauss & Co.

Manager for a 29 member team that was responsible for the ongoing operations of all LS&CO. UNIX servers and NT servers located in North America. Provided support to ensure system availability, system performance, capacity management, and hardware management. Worked with global network technologists, applications technologists and customers to recommend and implement changes to network design and topology in order to ensure ongoing accuracy and completeness of production to meet critical business application requirements. Provided input for the IS strategic plan, server configuration standards, and the disaster recovery methodology. Responsibilities also included the creation of team operating processes/procedures, system security, backup/restore, overall system management, budgeting, and staffing for the distributed systems environment supported by the Levi Strauss North America Information Systems organization.

Inet Technologies

Assisted in the creation of a consulting department focused on maximizing the customer's ROI from Inet's GeoProbe SS7 Surveillance product. This consisted of working with the customer to gather requirements across multiple departments, analyzing the requirements and configuring Inet's GeoProbe system to meet those requirements. Included the creation of customized reports, scripts, C++ code, and the configuration of performance monitoring agents.

Responsible for project planning, system procurement, system implementation, in-house and onsite testing, customer training and onsite integration of Inet's GeoProbe SS7 Surveillance System. This system consisted of Sun SPARC 1000 servers, SPARC Storage Arrays, SPARC 20 and SPARC 5 workstations running Solaris 2.4/2.5 operating systems. NIS+, NFS, Cisco 4000 and 2XXX series routers, HUBS, 10BaseT Ethernet TCP/IP LANS, WANS, ISDN links, and various real time operating systems.
