C - Conditions
Are your triggers and filters working as intended?
• Real example from this week:
• A meeting agent wasn't showing up to Zoom calls.

Why?

It was filtering for "meeting link" but Zoom URLs are structured differently from Google Meet.

The agent was working perfectly—just too narrow by design.

E - Execution
• Is the agent doing what you specified with the data?
• When inputs look good and conditions seem right, but something's still failing—dig into the actual workflow actions.

Troubleshooting isn't sexy.

But here's what happens when you develop diagnostic intuition:
