This is me A creator with a helicopter view, looking for the big picture from an independent point of view. I like building products/services/organizations. My life's work is practical revolution: I am there to make changes, through whatever means necessary, and fulfill my essence through connection and co-creation. How I communicate I have a short attention span and lose focus when I'm not interested. Sometimes I think I have communicated something, but that turns out not to be the case. And when I'm excited I talk very fast. These are my strengths Visionary, creative, optimist, stimulating, inspiring others, multitasking, starter. Can respond/decide quickly from the gut and can have the focus of a laser. How I lead best I lead best when I can determine the vision, which is not set in a small group, but when I can work together in a larger context with people in an entire team/department. I can take care of the big picture as well as manage the daily ins and outs. The downside is that it makes me want to keep control unless I can delegate it. This is me in a team I can manage a team, but being a team member is not my place. In a small team my talent does not fully blossom, but in a large team it does. I am at my best when I have the freedom to create and when I have a promotional team and colleagues who pay attention to details. In a team my business qualities are: • Capacity – the ability to attract resources and ensure growth • Public Relations – making visible what we stand for as a department • Mapping plans – for a successful direction and future. This is me in an organization I feel most at home in a larger organization. I have leadership qualities, especially in the field of Management (training & implementation) and in the field of Logical Enforcement and Direction. • General manager – inspiring leader with a role in education and the voice of the group • Daily manager – responsible for daily operations • Foreman – loves work and ensures that others also enjoy work • Responsible for security as an enforcer who ensures that an agreement is an agreement • Responsible for approving/releasing resources and finances for group activities and innovation. Tips for working with me Give me the space to do my work independently, in my own creative way, do not tie me down in continuous small-scale consultation structures and ask me yes/no questions.
