As a speaker/trainer and brand strategist, I'm passionate about helping eCom (SME) business owners leverage the smart Design Thinking method for brand strategy, touchpoints, and communication to aid their growth. My career choice may be an offbeat one, but it's something I'm grateful for because it allows me to follow my heart and passion. After working in the corporate world for nearly 2 decades, I ultimately decided to resign with a heavy heart because I wanted to run my own business in the creative field. I became interested in teaching Design Thinking to business experts when I noticed that the approach appealed to me because it encourages creativity at work. To many people, work is a drudgery and a way to earn a living. But, what many do not realize is that work can be fulfilling if you tap into your creativity and turn your passion into a profession. Professionally, I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs navigate the challenges of making money online and dealing with brand problems. This is part of what drives me—helping ambitious entrepreneurs find success through the application of Design Thinking principles. Likewise, in the past three years, I have had the opportunity to train thousands of people in different enterprises, multinational corporations, and governmental agencies. As a speaker and trainer on Design Thinking, I’d like to say that I enable people to tap into their creativity and come up with workable solutions. Like others, I, too, had my own share of challenges during the journey toward success, and Design Thinking has proven to be a useful tool in overcoming those challenges. I feel blessed, and I am humbled to be named one of LinkedIn's 30 Most Influential Leaders in The Philippines.
