I am from Mexico City I have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Data. I did not like working in this area, but it gave me the logistics to work in other areas. I also have a Masters Degree in Business Administration. I have been in the United States 14 years. I bought a retail store that was doing really bad. I managed and operated it. Improved the software, Point of sale, the appearance of the store and increased sales and revenue. After five years I sold it with a 100k + profit. I have always liked Real Estate, so I got a mentor and learned about it. Subject to strategy is my preferred way of purchasing properties. I am a numbers person. I understand the power of raising capital and would like to learn more about it and start raising capital myself in a massive, scalable way.
