Electrolux is a global leader in household appliances and appliances for professional use, selling more than 50 million products to customers in more than 150 markets every year. Owner of Zanussi and AEG brands.

Key Achievements
- Managed the Ambassadors Programme (Ambassadors are in-store sales representatives) for Europe and South Africa. Implemented trade marketing strategies to each cluster and tracked if countries were upselling.
- Analysed the ROI in each country and monitored 21 KPIs such as Total sales volume, Total sales value, Display share, % products sold per brand. Due to the excellent sales results of the programme retailers asked to have more Electrolux ambassadors in their stores
- Implemented online retail marketing assets (ready-made marketing content) in key customers sites. Coordinated the E-tailing activities: Mini-sites & In-pages of 7 countries in Europe; analysed 3 main KPIs: Click through rate, total visits to live pages, and total content interactions for each customer; proposed solutions to improve the performance of the assets
- Developed, tested and implemented B-2-B Tools: Ambassadors Portal and iPad Applications (Visit Report App & Ambassadors App); this resulted in successful Apps which helped to increase upselling and improve the online reporting system
- Analysed market trends, pricing, market share, special placements share and product launches from a leading international market research organisation for Retail. Data and analysis were shared with the countries to define action steps. Strong relationships were built with the country managers due to the on time support provided
- Supported Product Training area by coordinating the product training calendar for Europe
- Managed a budget of 6 digits and followed up with the budgets of each clusters for the ambassadors programme
- Managed external stakeholders to develop tools and assets to drive sales conversions and data collection. Fulfilled tight deadlines within budget
