I'm a seasoned executive with 14+ years of experience. I have a proven track record in strategic planning, establishing business relationships, spearheading growth, and transforming operations. I've demonstrated expertise in motivational personnel management and marketplace innovation. I served as a Women in Legal Leadership Chair (2022 -2024), earned the 2020 JPEG Picture the Future award, the 2022 MBA Path to Diversity Scholarship, the 2023 TMBA Scholarship, and was nominated to be a 2022 Five Star Women in Housing Award recipient. I am published author and public speaker on webinars and at conferences. My newest endeavor is serving on the Texas Women Mortgage Bankers host committee. I'm involved in advocacy and I'm a member of the MBA Mortgage Action Alliance, participating in advocacy pursuits in Texas and at the national level. I devote my time civically by serving as the Area Leader for Texas House District 98, as a precinct chair for 3216, and as a county Party officer. Additionally, I serve on a ministry Board and on a Board representing county citizens, while dabbling in some political, ministry, and industry podcasting. I am passionate and dedicated in everything I do. I enjoy pouring into clients and developing those key relationships. It is my goal to leave those that I encounter, in both business and life, better off than before we met. I am humbled and honored to be a mentor and to teach that spirit of mentorship to those I help develop and grow. As a natural leader, it is my responsibility to drive key performance, add to the lives of those around me, be a thought leader and great communicator, utilizing multiple media streams to articulate my voice and vision; all while serving my community. I have a dedicated calling towards civic activism. I believe that strategic actions yield a better city, state, and nation in the United State of America.
