-Identified and expedited the correction of $53K in the defense travel system’s unsubmitted vouchers, recovering $35K in past-due government credit card debt

Currently, I am blessed to engage in a rewarding career as an Army Career Counselor. It is during this tenure that I humbly became the recipient of over 2000 brave testaments of service to our Country from Soldiers of all ranks. Each commitment was tied to more immediate and tangible goals which I was honored to guide. I cherish the passion that resulted in their many accomplishments as I journey forward into my second career.

My most notable accomplishments as a counselor consist of earning multiple Top Career Counselor recognitions, creating and launching the first Virtual Instructor Career Enhancement (VICE) Forum during the peak of the pandemic, and advising on top diversity and inclusion boards.

Helping others is my passion and it will continue in my work as a social worker. With my compassion and determination-lives will change. Here's to the next chapter.
