- Leading Engel & Völkers' talent attraction strategy to strengthen the Iberia expansion
- Responsible for the overall recruitment strategy for both business-owned operations (Market Centers in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia & Lisbon) and the franchise network in Iberia.
- Increasing the employer branding and brand awareness in key talent markets 
- Building a seamless candidate experience through mapping out and enhancing each touchpoint from brand awareness to onboarding.

- Assessing and guiding License Partners throughout the whole recruitment process and training.
- Leading employer branding initiatives.

- Conducting interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the roles and managing them through the whole end to end recruitment process.
