Manager

Responsible to meet or exceed daily, monthly, annual target, sales target and cash in required. 


Facilitates regular sales coaching to the respective agents and managers. Qualifies and assesses product suitability for clients. Be able to maintain a valuable database of warm leads and reactivate previous delegates on interest and products available. 


Conducts performance management including agent retention and/or termination.
