Im an ex shy, obese teen. I learnt how to over ride my anxiety and create unstoppable confidence. I have been sharing these strategies for 15 years to teenagers who present with challenging interpersonal issues. I have thousands of hours in self development workshops, multiple degrees at University level and tafe as well as private learning institutions. I have a knack in how to switch on a young person's motivation, socially reconnect them no matter how shy or isolated and connect them with their joy and motivation.
