Identified as our Talent Acquisition team's Senior Sourcing and Employment Branding Specialist, including responsibilities such as :
-Creating and launching social campaigns to attract passive talent to Ocean Spray on various platforms.
-Managing vendor relationships (contract negotiations, point-of-contact, strategy, etc.).
-Working with our internal Marketing and Communications team to ensure aligned messaging.
-Recognized as top-of-the-line Sourcing Recruiter; strong ability to attract, engage and progress candidates through our hiring process for critical openings and future needs. 
-Developing strong Talent Pipeline for Corporate and salaried Manufacturing positions in SmashFly (CRM).
-Functional Lead for our partnership with SmashFly including implementation, go-live and maintenance. 
-Functional Lead for our partnership with LinkedIn including drafting and launching Pipeline Builder pages, Value Based Marketing, managing our budget and strategy throughout our yearly contract.
-Functional Lead for our partnership with Kununu.
-Create, strategize and successfully launch Recruitment Marketing campaigns through LinkedIn, SmashFly, agency partners, etc.

Senior Sourcing and Employment Branding Specialist

I establish the initial connection between the individual and our farmer-owned brand, then nurture the relationship for present and/or future openings. I work with the Talent Team (Recruiters) and Hiring Managers (all lines of business) to identify people who will bring value to the team and have room to grow within Ocean Spray Cranberries.  Most positions I recruit for are located at our Corporate Office in Lakeville, Massachusetts, some are in satellite, remote or within our 8 manufacturing locations.

Some key aspects and accomplishments of my role are as follows: 
-Assisted with the creation and organizational launch of Ocean Spray's Global/Corporate/Manufacturing Sourcing Strategy.  
-Identified SmashFly as our CRM partner for Talent Acquisition.
-Vendor Management: Point-person to manage the SmashFly and LinkedIn business accounts, relationships, contract details, training, budgets, etc.
-SmashFly: Implemented Job Marketing & CRM to assist candidate pipeline, recruitment marketing and workflows.
-LinkedIn: Work closely with LinkedIn Relationship Managers to create and launch multiple Pipeline Builder (Lead Capture) campaigns to attract qualified leads for current/future positions.
-Recognized as a "LinkedIn Power User" at the 2017 Talent Connect event, meaning I am among the top 5% Recruiter Seat users on LinkedIn, consistently averaging a 40-50% response rate with high volume outreach.
-Greatly reduced agency spend by $700k+ due to sourced hires. 
-Taleo and Cornerstone ATS use.

Sourcing activities include evaluating existing talent pool, maintaining the candidate pipeline for future job openings, engaging hard-to-find talent on external job sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, college and niche job boards) while sustaining communication with candidates via phone and email.  Initiate contact with employee referrals and pass along open job requisitions for them to consider. -In 6 months, ten of my personal recruits, pipelined and highly specialized candidates have been successfully hired, total annual salaries: $871,393.20.
-Kaizen Project: Successful integration of SalesForce (CRM software) for Sourcing team to use in order to document and track candidate process flow.

As a Recruitment On-Boarding Specialist, I managed the full pre-employment process to successfully hire new employees and internal employee transfers for many Sutter Health locations. Managing background checks, reviewing personal information, medical clearances, New Employee Orientation coordination, partnering with HR Directors and Managers are all part of the execution process to have a new employee begin with Sutter Health.  

It is the Recruitment On-Boarding Specialist's responsibility to ensure that our New Hires and Transfer Employees have the best on-boarding experience as they embark on their new venture!

Accomplishments:
-Kaizen Project: Played an integral role in creating solutions for a streamlined and efficient on-boarding process for new hires and transfer employees. Ideas and solutions are in the building-and-testing stage before Go Live. 
-Promoted to Sourcing Recruiter after 8 months.

As a Human Resources Customer Service Agent, I provided exceptional support to Sutter Health's  employees by acting as their first point of contact for all inquiries related to HR Benefits, HRIS, Data, Recruitment and all HR policies.  

Accomplishments:
-Quickly promoted to Tier 3 On-Boarding Specialist after 6 months in Customer Service role.
