•	Responsible to oversee end-to-end the contract management process of auto finance & Hertz leasing products inclusive of corporate lending, GFV, operating lease, personal loans & flexi drive (all tasks post contract activation & disbursement). 
•	Ensure all set processes adhere to Central Bank regulations including consumer protection & guidelines of Al Futtaim Finance. 
•	Ensure invoices for all transactions including monthly EMI/ lease invoices are been generated & sent to customer’s email as per scheduler set in the systems. 
•	Process monthly EMI/ lease & ancillary payments via DDAs, PDCs & credit cards, based on the charging dates. 
•	Close contracts at when terms ends, early termination/ settlements & total loss due to accident cases & release the vehicle mortgage in the RTA portal for Corporate Lending & GFV products while ensuring the DDAs & PDCs are halted/ cancelled. 
•	Refund closed contract excess amounts & security deposits through bank transfer/ credit card refunds & return security cheques & PDCs to customers. 
•	Accommodate financial/ non-financial change requests from customers during the contract tenure & process as per product’s operational procedures & SLAs. 
•	Monitor daily operations to ensure a smooth process execution of daily tasks & maintain relations with stakeholders & handle escalated issues/ complaints. 
•	Meet with stakeholders & present business performance reports to management. 
•	Monitor/ identify opportunities for process improvements that can lead to boost in financial/ non-financial efficiencies. 
•	Actively contribute to the improvement & development of department objectives & manage team performance via setting employees objectives, reviewing & rewarding performance against objectives.
