  Addison Reserve is a Platinum Club of America which is the ultimate recognition of club excellence. Only three percent of the nation’s clubs earn this honor. Of all the establishments I have worked at, this club gave me the most growth in hospitality knowledge and skill.   

Working at this club involves a lot of de-setting and resetting the dining room(s) for service. The servers work as a team to move lots of heavy chairs and tables into the correct layout, as well as band-stages, dance floors, decorations, and buffet units, etc.  

The top-quality, world-class service given to members & guests alike in the dining room establishes a sense of pride in one's work and develops a more professional outlook on serving, and all the tasks that go along with it.
