When it comes to Customer Success, if you aren't a good listener, you're in the wrong line of work. At Alteryx, I encourage my team and colleagues to listen with the intent to understand. Every Customer is different, and a core component of our work is to care about those differences and bring questions and insight that is relevant and can drive real impact. I'm a very lucky person as I can genuinely say I love what I do. However, it's the time spent outside of work, with family, friends, and my beautiful wife that I treasure the most.
