I have approximately 2 years of experience in the HR field, where I have been actively involved in various HR functions. This includes conducting recruitment and selection processes to identify top talents, managing internal communication to foster a positive work environment, handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations, and executing social media activities to enhance the company's online presence and employer branding. I have a BA degree in Human Resources and a Master s degree in Human Resources Management. Besides my academic preparation, I have been actively involved in the student community. I had the opportunity to participate in a student conference, where I could interact with other students passionate about our field of study, and I had the chance to learn new and interesting things from their presentations. Additionally, I have also dedicated my time to volunteering in various initiatives. Volunteering has allowed me to give back to the community while developing valuable skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
