National Account Manager at Spectrum Enterprise providing fiber network solutions over our private, robust, MEF certified network.

National Account Manager

Primary responsibility is existing customer upsell and contract renewal within the Mid-market and Enterprise segments; position also involves field sales activities,  which includes occasional travel to customer locations; responsible for achieving a monthly revenue quota in data, phone and video sales; develops customer focused solutions and deliver sales proposals on product benefits; have a clear understanding and communicates the company's value proposition;  maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information.

Strategic Account Manager

National Wholesale Channel Manager role responsible for conducting proactive consultative needs analysis with prospective Value Added Resellers; enrolling and developing new partners to Time Warner Cable Business Class products and services. Design, develop and present sales proposals and presentations on product benefits as value-add. Products and services include white-label/resell of our Coax and Fiber Internet, Ethernet and Cloud services, and soon to be launched national voice and video services.

VAR Channel Manager

Vast knowledge of business telecommunication produtcs and services.
Extensive knowledge of Sales Force, CSG, OSI, Marketing On Demand and Kana systems. 
Responsible for achieving a montly revenue quota attainment for revenue increase and renewals. 
Work in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel.
