I steered the overarching strategy, and managed our team of volunteers and core crew. 
•	30% ticket sale increase year on year, over 1000 tickets sold in year three. +10% attendees in year four (over 1000)
Grew Discord server by 50% within 6 months by introducing admins, regular events, and daily interactivity.
•	Owning SEO and Readability, blog writing on website.
•	Lead on securing Vendors and Volunteers, including scheduling, invoicing and on the day operations.

Managing creative agencies to provide agile base squads with data driven, stand out creative. Setting strategic plans for Gaming on EE.
•	Created and led the Gaming All Hands to align activity.
•	Relaunched Gaming on EE and led on data strategy data to retarget and personalise future comms. +226% web traffic, 11m paid social impressions.
•	Formed the first internal Design studio for customer base to create go to market efficiency.

Leading creative agencies to deliver customer journeys to increase product use and build positive brand sentiment.
•	Concepted and delivered Digital Dash, a mobile game. Awarded Silver for Branded Games Epica Awards ‘20. 5k downloads, 3k children taught new skills, +53k digital skills hub traffic, £1m budget. 
•	Delivered a business first engage journey using product usage data resulting in +7% usage.
•	Connectivity campaign to increase usage and NPS for Wi-Fi discs. +88% connectivity, 51% RR, +45 NPS.
•	Successfully delivered the business case for BT to become Gold sponsor for Pride in London.

Focused on increasing recontracts for TV and PSTN. 
•	Drove +90% TV Recontracts by introducing a business first mapping algorithm to create dynamic modules based on contract type and content popularity. 
•	Managed Ofcom campaign to discount two million landline-only customers.

Led on copywriting responsibilities for content across social and website, and liaised with clients to secure bookings and develop relationships. During this time Facebook engagement alone increased by 46% and overall bookings increased by over 25% within the first year.

Social Media Marketing Manager

Before completing my year on the graduate scheme I successfully gained a position as an Operations Manager of the 76 bed hotel at Gillingham Business Park. 

•	Forefront of a 76 bedroom hotel with a team of 20. Many of whom were desperate for progression. I made many movements between Reception and Housekeeping to help them gain new skills. And helped 6 of them reach a new pay level through online and on-the-job training.
•	0.15% turnover rate and increased team engagement score of 85%.
•	Achieved 99.29% of Revenue target at £1,076,100, Labour Control savings of £6206 and a total saving of £26,040 to budget from R&M and direct consumables.
•	Responsible for leading training sessions for employees in our area of 14 hotels.

From thousands of applications I was put on the Premier Inn Ops Graduate scheme. During this time I worked across all teams from housekeeping to reception and eventually held the role of Assistant Operations Manager while training to operate my own hotel.

I took this role with the goal of moving into hotel management, I wanted to increase my knowledge of the F&B industry having only worked in a bar environment previously. I lead the delivery of up to 600 covers per day in one of the town’s busiest Pub Restaurants. Managing up to 20 bar, kitchen, and restaurant team members.

At only 21 years old I managed up to 30 team members and up to 600 guests on a usual evening. This was as massive stepping stone for me and helped develop my interpersonal skill and customer engagement skills, I learned about P&L, team management, HR, and general business knowledge.

I’ve been in Marketing for 6 years,  leading on go-to-market with large groups of stakeholders across two brands. Prior to this I was a leader in hospitality, managing direct reports and developing creative operational solutions.


Moving into our fourth year, I’m responsible for steering the overarching strategy, and manage and inspire our core team and volunteers.
