As a Marketing Supervisor at The Leaders Lab, I lead and oversee our dynamic marketing team, driving strategic initiatives to promote our innovative leadership solutions within the B2B recruiting. I am responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the industry. As Marketing Manager at The Leaders Lab I focus on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc. I get to be creative and come up with my own original content to make us stand out from the crowd and help great leaders find great companies. I am a LinkedIn whiz and I use videos, messages, and a range of techniques and platforms to drive our brand awareness.

Marketing Manager

My primary was to identify top candidates for our clients across the country by searching for suitable candidates. To do this, I used a variety of proactive recruiting strategies. I looked for both active and passive candidates (primarily passive). I generated interest in our vacancies and also helped to build and and maintain our talent pool before being promoted to Marketing Manager in November of 2021.

My role primarily focused on counselling however, I engaged in a number of psycho-education workshops or programs. I also administered, assessed and compiled reports for appropriate psychometric evaluations. Over and above, I was additionally tasked with numerous other functions i.e. Admin duties, assist with advertising and planning staff functions.
