One of the greatest accomplishments that I am so very proud of and it continues to flourish today, is when I moved from London, Ontario to Calgary, Alberta to build an office and set a presence for Waste Solutions Canada in 2013. We had a five-year plan that I was able to deliver in two years. Once success was built in Calgary, another office was formed in Vancouver. I love building relationships and finding solutions for clients. Getting involved with industries for which I have minimal knowledge and approach the job or task with a new lens and provide a fresh perspective is one of my favourite things to do. My passion and determination to achieve success has taught me that collaboration with a strong and positive team is imperative to having the success you want.
