+ Provide strategic and discipline-centric guidance for team members to shape and direct their overall professional development. 
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, user research and to ensure a smooth product development process
+ Accountability for operational delivery / Information & Interaction design, Visual design and experience architecture
+ Recruit new designers and actively participate in the hiring process
+ Leading and executing the design strategy to inspire teams to build better products
+ Travel to and work with global (San Francisco and Austin) teams to define, envision, produce and design new product offerings.
