I consulted to multinationals and local firms in Bangkok, Thailand, primarily in the areas of performance management systems, employee engagement surveys, assessment centers, etc. My main focus was business development in the Japanese market in Thailand. Part of my marketing activities included a bi-weekly column in The Bangkok Post on human capital called "The Last Asset". These articles were translated for the Bangkok Shuhou, a Japanese weekly newspaper.

Performance, Measurements and Rewards Consultant

Taught Management Communications, an organizational behavior course for first-year MBA and Executive MBA students at a Thai university that partnered with Kellogg and Wharton. 

Collaborated in the writing of Thailand's most popular book on cross-cultural management, Working With the Thais -  A Guide to Managing in Thailand (over 10,000 copies sold).  Solely authored a book about entrepreneurship in Thailand called Start Up and Stay Up in Thailand  -- Stories, Insight and Advice from Enterprising Expats (over 2,000 copies sold).  Both books have been critically well received. Published in Sasin Journal of Management (Vol. 9, 2003) a case study on Standard Chartered Bank’s take over of a local bank called Nakornthon Bank, called "When Communicating Isn't Enough".

I taught English composition, English literature and English conversation at the Faculty of Arts, English department, to under graduate Chula students.

For over thirty years, I have worked in the United States, Japan, Thailand and Singapore consulting in the areas of talent management, leadership development, career development, performance management, employee engagement and change management in consulting firms as well as the financial services and technology industries. As a former journalist and author, I can ensure that projects and processes I oversee are anchored in impactful communications. I am currently researching AI's impact on human development.
