Rolf Pfotenhauer's Linkedin Analytics

Rolf is an educator at TAFE Queensland in Australia. He is an Australian Social Entrepreneur, Educator, Researcher, Business Development, Program Advisor in Policy/Implementation. He has BA in computing, a Masters in Computer Science, a Master of Business Administration, and Masters in TESOL from the University of Victoria, Melbourne, Australia. His areas of research interest are related to the Domestic and Foreign Policy of Australia, Activist Scholarship, Critical Race Theory, Applies Post-Modernism, Social Justice scholarship, Geopolitics of Eurasia, and postcolonial epistemology. Rolf has many studies and articles published in high ranked journals and well-known international newspapers. Following a remote assignment in Tanzania for Traditional Ecosystem Tanzania (TEST), Rolf used the knowledge to write articles on Climate Change and particularly on Indigenous Knowledge and Local Communities for Victoria University in Australia, and Tribhuvan University in Nepal. His research in Asia and Africa includes community-based implementations for UN SDGs, particularly SDG1 (poverty), SDG2(hunger), and SDG3 (health & well-being) SDG 14 (life on land) and SDG 15 (life under water), which are aimed at promoting positive youth and women’s development through climate action. He is working in East Africa and other developing countries to support projects that particularly address SDG16 (peace) and SDG17 (justice).
