Impact

Acted as senior strategist to key national and international brands to help them optimize their online businesses. Planning of marketing efforts including prioritization of channels, implementation plans, and optimization was a key part of my work.

A big part of the client portfolio was legacy retailers trying to complete digital transformation.

Beyond direct client projects I also continuously developed and implemented new tools and procedures to be used by our Digital Marketing department, to ensure that campaigns as well as tracking mechanisms were carried out in accordance with best practice principles and to the highest standard.

Clients included FONA, Tøjeksperten, Royal Copenhagen, Noa Noa, Silvan and others.

Google Analytics Certified Partner - spearheaded succesful application process for the agency.

Senior Online Marketing Strategist

Responsible for strategic planning and development of search marketing and web analysis across the Just-Eat Group. 

Managing and coaching local marketing teams in the Just Eat Group across 12 markets, to work with SEO, SEA and web analysis in efficient and high-performing ways. Managing and qualifying external agencies in most markets to ensure consistency in delivery. 

Also responsible for evangelizing the use of statistical web data through out the organisation.

Development of internal research tools for use in SEA and SEO.

Member of the Group Management Team within the Just Eat Group.

Senior Executive Search Consultant

Responsible for all product development and management within the Just-Eat Group for B2C and B2B products with direct reporting to the Group CEO.

Road map development, planning and execution across eight markets in co-operation with 40+ tech team and 3 Product Managers as direct reports.

Start-up environment where I had the responsibility for managing and building out the customer service function and team. Focus on optimizing the efforts in running efficient operational processes as well.

Acted as right-hand to the founder and CEO of the business, Jesper Buch.

Digital business guy with a love for data and building products. I have over 20 years of experience in building and operating marketplaces successfully. I'm an experienced leader who over the years have built and spearheaded teams and businesses, and love the journey and trials involved with aiming for growth.

After having exited our business Hungry Group to Delivery Hero SE I have moved into an advisory role helping out small and medium businesses in Denmark with growth and business development.
