Rajeev Sajja has been with the company since 2001 and has held roles in the technology and e-Business arena within the company. As Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing and Innovation, he manages the company’s marketing technology initiatives. He is also responsible for the implementation and ongoing enhancements of ACE, the Agent Center for Excellence and BHHS Connect, a productivity platform designed to help agents improve their productivity and increase their personal income. He is an active member of the Diversity Leadership Council (DLC) that came together in October 2020 to further the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives for the company.

He has served as a mentor on the NAR REach program with other Industry executives helping companies innovate for the real estate industry. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel's LeBow College of Business for three years where he taught Digital Paid Media under the Digital Marketing Curriculum. He currently serves on the Technology Excellence Panel for HomeServices of America that is responsible for evaluating and implementing enterprise technology and marketing initiatives.

Responsible for developing strategy and execution of Company's web, mobile and social initiatives. Develop and implement marketing and technology tools for Sales Associates to enhance their productivity. An evangelist for successful launch of digital marketing / technology initiatives. •	Primary departmental owner and liaison of company web strategy, social media including responsibilities such as vendor management and coordination, requirements gathering and specification, project management and prioritization, resource management and coordination with other IS Department teams.

•	Project documentation and classification. Facilitate project dependency, scheduling, prioritization, and resource allocations. Executive dashboard reports and company-wide communication on project status throughout the year at department events and in company presentations.
