EOS became our guiding light, steering us through the challenges of a changing landscape. We thrived, even as we downsized, pivoted, and navigated a business partner separation. The EOS framework illuminated our path, helping us realign core values and establish a new shared vision. With the creation of a fresh Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO), we reimagined our future and forged ahead. Drawing from experience in marketing, technology, and the EOS framework, I’ve successfully launched and nurtured start-ups in diverse industries, including Retail, Finance, Real Estate, Client Services, and Technology. My journey led me to the EOS leadership team as the Technology leader in 2014. EOS acquired my company and staff in 2020, solidifying my commitment to the EOS ecosystem. In 2023, I embarked on a new mission, the next chapter of My EOS Life. As an EOS Implementer, I’m dedicated to giving back to the entrepreneurial community, just as EOS has given to me.
