With over a decade of experience in customer-facing roles, I've transitioned into the role of Females Transformation Coach at Ruben Ferreira Online Coaching LTD. In this capacity, I guide busy women on their fitness journeys, offering personalized online coaching providing the solution on how to lose weight and guarantee it without adding anymore workload. My foundation in sports and exercise, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving skills, enables me to tailor my coaching to each client's unique needs, preferences, and challenges. My passion lies in empowering women to transform both physically and mentally, fostering confidence and happiness in their own skin. Constantly driven to expand my knowledge, I actively seek out new skills and techniques to elevate my coaching practice, ensuring optimal results for my clients. Beyond my coaching career, I bring a diverse background, having served as a Gatwick Security officer and a Costa Coffee barista. These experiences have enriched my understanding of customer service, teamwork, and security. Alongside that, I'm a busy uncle of 3 boys who regularly take care of and spend time with them. Whilst having my own puppy (Ahsoka) which also requires my TLC.
