It's June 2021 and I run an outsourcing agency. 2 months ago I told my business partner I'll leave if nothing changes. We didn't have a sales system in place. And 100% relied on hope: - 1 big client that provided 80% of the work - Getting clients through partners - Getting leads referred to us We took any project we got our hands on. We had a few good months. But we often worried and struggled. We needed to learn how to find clients ourselves. We just didn't know how.
