*Product Vision: Steering the product vision, ensuring our solutions are always ahead of the curve, anticipating market needs, and setting new industry benchmarks.
*Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycles while defining an inclusive Roadmap that moves the needle. 
*Strategic Partnerships: Building and cultivating relationships with other players in the benefits space, exploring Product Partnership opportunities that can amplify our impact and reach. 
*Department Growth and Mentorship: Building and nurturing a top-tier Product/UX/Marketplace team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and user-centricity.

A split role aimed at establishing a (SaaS) product that excites and reaches product market fit within the corporate segment (organizations 1000 employees +) - This part of the role entails allocating product/feature development that aligns with current and upcoming customer jobs to be done for both the buyer (corporate client) as the user (employee)

Secondly, I am responsible for leveraging our existing technology and capabilities into new market segments. I take the lead in packaging existing product capabilities into new propositions and business models.

Thirdly, I am end-responsible for the marketplace and partner eco-system which is a core value driver within the product.

Summary of activities: 
- Define the Dutch product market fit and develop the product/proposition accordingly 
- Product Owner for White Label & Channel 
- Allocate and maintain strategic partnerships (150+ A-brands, partner marketplace)
- Set a data business intelligence framework to support decision making 
- Lead the product evolution in emerging segments

*In 2019, I have been awarded with the Benify Rocket Award – representing recognition for a talent who exceeds expectations when it comes to making an impact and being a cultural role model. This award grants access to an Internal Executive Management Program.

Product Manager & Head of Marketplace/Channel 

Head of Partnerships & User Engagement for the Dutch SaaS solution. 

Essentially, I focus on establishing long-term strategic partnerships containing exclusive conditions for Benify's closed employee network (500.000 users). Secondly, I manage all e-Commerce related activities within the platform. Ultimately, I translate all user feedback and BI into product development proposals and support strategic decision making for the product road-map. 

Key Roles & Responsibilites:

- Establish and manage the affiliate/partner network 
- Nurture and recruit long-term partnerships/alliances 
- Manage all existing partnerships (150 accounts +)
- Improve user engagement & traffic (Targeted campaigns, A/B Testing)

I fell in love with building digital products and ecosystems; with increased enthusiasm towards B2B2C SaaS products. I have a proven record of building and monetising partner marketplaces and software products from scratch.

Naturally, I have a strong eagerness to hunt for Product Market Fit by building a product organisation that unites with the Industry, is close to the commercial teams and synergises with Tech to co-develop
(instead of pushing tickets downstream) -  While establishing unity and clarity throughout the entire organisation.

For almost a decade, I have been actively engaging within the Employee Compensation & Benefits space. After being part of hundreds of tenders and onboarding millions of users across EMEA, I gained a strong understanding of the landscape and the critical success factors, including underserved markets and solution provider flaws. Hence, I joined YourCampus as Co-Founder. 

My personal goal is to create a world where compensation packages are fully personalised and flexible. Enabling compensation to move along with life challenges and phases of each individual. Unlocking maximum value for both employee as employer while embracing fiscal advantages and technology to drive adoption and engagement. 

I am confident that peers would describe me as: opportunistic, enthusiastic, visionary and entrepreneurial.

200.000+ gebruikers betekent 200.000+ verschillende wensen en behoeften.

Steeds vaker kregen wij bij Alleo de vraag van medewerkers of ze hun benefit budget konden gebruiken voor tenniscontributie, een eigen personal trainer of een nieuwe fiets bij de lokale fietsenwinkel.

Tot voor kort verliepen dit soort declaraties via de werkgever en de salarisstrook; met als nadeel dat medewerkers soms wel vijf weken moesten wachten op hun geld.

Daarom hebben we samen met CashOut_nl iets nieuws ontwikkeld: Directe Uitbetalingen

Medewerkers kunnen hiermee eenvoudig hun benefit declaratie indienen en krijgen het bedrag binnen 3 seconden op hun rekening gestort.

Alleo controleert automatisch of de bon of factuur klopt en binnen de richtlijnen van de werkgever valt.  Zo zorgen we dat de uitbetalingen de spelregels van de werkgever plaatsvinden.

De eerste honderden uitbetalingen zijn inmiddels gedaan en de reacties zijn enthousiast.

Wederom een stap naar een nóg betere employee experience.

Today marks a special and defining moment for Alleo, and for me personally.

After four years of intense building, learning, and welcoming more than 200,000 users onto our platform, I’m proud to share that Alleo has been acquired by Epassi

Our mission has always been to build a fully integrated and seamless benefits experience. The product synergy with Bedrijfsfitness Nederland in the Netherlands, and the shared European vision with Epassi, were simply undeniable.

With this step, Alleo becomes the single interface and multi-benefit platform in the Dutch market; bringing together the strengths of Bedrijfsfitness Nederland, Workit, and Vip District.

Together, we will support 1.5 million users in the Netherlands and 36 million globally. Helping employers build stronger, healthier, and more resilient teams.

The last four years have shaped me more than I could have imagined. I learned that there are no shortcuts, that execution is everything, and that building something meaningful happens one decision, and occasionally one late night at a time.

I want to share a token of appreciation with the whole Alleo (including alumni) team. Your drive, enthusiasm, and energy made this all possible. I know it has been demanding at times, but you always showed up.

This also feels like the right moment to thank my co-founders (Florian Gendrault, Sven Cune, Adil Bougamza, George Visniuc). I truly believe we are one of the most complementary teams out there; always having each other’s backs and trusting one another to make the right calls. The fact that deep friendships emerged along the way makes it all feel full circle to me.

And last but certainly not least, a heartfelt thank you to the love of my life Lisanne van der Velden. You gave me the safe space to reflect, recharge, and stay grounded through it all.

To our investor funds (DFF Ventures, Newion, ROM InWest, Mediahuis Ventures) and angels: thank you for believing in us from day one. Your trust and support gave us the foundation to build boldly, learn fast, and keep pushing forward.

Nog nooit heb ik een HR- of Finance professional horen zeggen:
“Ik geloof niet in persoonlijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.”

Hoe komt het dan dat dit nog steeds niet de norm is binnen organisaties?

Volgens mij zijn er drie grote drempels die organisaties tegenhouden:

1) Beperkte kennis van het fiscale landschap en de consequenties. Zowel voor werkgever als werknemer.

2) Geen goede interface voor medewerkers waarin zij zelf hun keuzes en voorkeuren kunnen aangeven of simulaties kunnen maken wat keuzes nou écht precies betekenen.

3) Gebrek aan afstemming met salarisadministratie en kernsystemen, waardoor data-uitwisseling en verwerking omslachtig en tijdrovend blijft.

De afgelopen 12 maanden hebben we bij Alleo daarom vol ingezet op wat wij intern de Admin Experience noemen.

Een naadloze aansluiting met payroll- en HR-systemen, én volledig inzicht in adoptie en de fiscale gevolgen van alle keuzes. We spraken met tientallen salarisadministrateurs en hebben samen met hen integraties (AFAS Software, loket.nl, Nmbrs) en rapportages verbeterd. 

Op dinsdag 2 december zoom ik samen met Monique Schoenmakers in op al onze lessons learned rondom toekomstbestendige salarisadministratie en de cruciale schakel naar flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden.
