As a freelance broadcaster, I enjoy working across all different media - audio, visual and print. Since 2012 I have been enjoying the flexibility of a freelancer and the satisfaction of seeing my work published in numerous prominent publications in Qatar including Abode, Qatar Happening, Qatar Today, Campus, Today's Outlook, Business Round Table, Why Qatar. My regular weekly article 'Sunday Conversation' appears in 'Gulf Times' magazine 'Community' featuring interviews with local and often unsung heroes...the person behind the power. I have also initiated another series entitled Qatari Women- Success Stories with the intention to share the vision and achievements of women in Qatar whose achievements and attitudes can be an inspiration to the larger community.

Also carried out other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job.

Achievements: I took the initiative to perform needs analysis, determining main focus for student skills development, prepared supplementary study material to support learning development, provided feedback on the effectiveness of the educational programs and ways to improve it by proposing modifications in curriculum and style of delivery to adapt to the needs of the target group which was welcomed, appreciated & executed by management.

Achievements: I was successful in increasing the business turnover by 100% in almost 5 years and to a very great extent this was an outcome of the exceptional training I gave to my team which enabled each member to out-perform their sale targets and the excellent marketing

Duties: Responsible for planning, producing, coordinating, writing, interviewing and presenting radio programs encouraging inter-cultural understanding. Duties entailed content creation, selection, script writing, research, preparing and briefing VIP guests prior to interviews 

Achievements: I was successful in expanding the programs’ popularity and listenership through creative programming. Among others, I introduced a bi-lingual news bulletin - the only one of its kind in the state - which included national, international and local news relevant to the specific target group and contributed to brand building while also encouraging multi-cultural sensitivity, understanding, and awareness.

Duties:  Producing a two hour daily 'Drive' program 
Selecting suitable speakers, preparing interviewees prior to interviews,  research, arranging interviews with relevant people, script writing and introducing creative ideas to keep the show interesting while working within the organization's policies
Creating an informative program in line with the channel’s image, guidelines and resources and ensuring the program ran smoothly all the time, every time.
