Oversaw 46 personnel to ensure maintenance scheduling, planning, servicing, repairing, and overhaul of 747SP, DC-8, ER-2 and C-20 aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure aircraft are maintained in good mechanical condition and are safe for flight.

Coordinated and direct the daily personnel and administrative actions necessary to ensure the safe and expeditious maintenance and repair of NASA Science, Research and Support aircraft.

Planned with program and customer safety personnel to regularly inspect work areas for potential hazards and rectify, so as to maintain a safe working environment.

Leads all maintenance-related matters, including resolution of project and technical issues, attending regular meetings, and ensure the accurate and timely submission of all aircraft repair processes.

United States Air Force

Highly experienced supply manager with the procurement, disposition and auditing of assets involving, weapons systems, avionics systems, test equipment, aerospace ground equipment and vehicle fleet.  Supervised 20 personnel for the F-22 Raptor tool inventory team coordinating the allocation, control, inspections and management of 900+ aircraft tools, equipment assets, hazardous materials and 17 vehicles worth $35 million.  

Postured organizational mobility operations assembling pallets, coordinating movement of assets and inspections for shipment. Project coordinated the procurement of $218K mobility cargo containers and 463L pallets accountability enforcing strict adherence to regulations.  

Oversaw vehicle fleet management.  Managed vehicles through repairs, modifications, winterized operations, training, recalls and periodic servicing in order to keep flightline activities on-going within its established budget.  

Managed quality assurance inspections on 233 composite tool kits enforcing technical instructions and regulations. Analyzed and improved quality of maintenance and ensured the quality and control of a $15M tool and equipment program.  Maintained standards with tracking the serviceability of 409 test, measurement diagnostic equipment, equipment non-destructive inspection and load testing requirements.

Coordinated fiscal year budget plan. Meticulously processed and controlled contracts including 58 budget transactions allocating $356K organizational fiscal year funds to include vehicle fleet upgrade and equipment procurement.  

Administered SQL server database for TCMax tool control.  Resolved server, hard drive and network anomalies returning system to operational status with minimal downtime.

Support Section Manager

Certified DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics Level II, experienced leader in defense acquisition life cycle logistics coordinating advanced program activities leading teams through initial test and development of weapon systems during the demonstration phase of the milestone. Evaluated, reviewed Statement of Work, contractor proposals and technical documents.  

Prepared organizational level management surveys to determine compliance with agency regulations, procedures, and sound management practices using graphing, flowcharting or similar statistical measures.  Utilized lean initiatives, root cause analysis, 8-step problem solving techniques to maintain proper flow of the improvement processes. Set policies and determined procedures for providing training opportunities for approximately 223 civilian and military personnel. Advised monthly executive statistical trends impacting training & man power and organized official travel supporting 21 programs.

Successfully guided the organization through major inspections achieving top rating for their division. Guided the management of the Management Internal Control Toolset database ensuring the accuracy of 1140 survey line items and the timely completion of 14 required checklists.
 
Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with other base organizations, senior leadership, representatives from other military services, Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other related civilian organizations.

Proven track record of leading 6 force management activities. Straight-lined digital routing of 416 documents increased process by 50% impacting 7 operation locations and 59 projects. Administered 11 personnel databases & quarterbacked 3134 processes supporting the organization’s test programs.

Special Programs Manager

Coordinated maintenance plans and schedules to meet operational commitments. Supervised and assisted in launching and recovering aircraft. Reviewed maintenance data collection summaries to determine trends and production effectiveness. Advised on problems maintaining, servicing, and inspecting aircraft and related aerospace equipment. F-22 Aircraft Manager

Functioned as assistant Project Manager by prioritizing program requirements and provisions for all flight test support. Coordinated external contractor services to support the evolving needs of the program and personnel. Organized daily activities of Air Force Unmanned Air Vehicle operation and maintenance support team. Met established deadlines and support program flight schedule. Project coordinated NASA parts acquisition; facilitated, itemized, logged critical assets worth over $24 million. Provided monthly activity reports of logistics activity and data collections effort as research liaison for interested Navy and Air Force parties. 

Maintained knowledge base of multiple vendors, depot, and base level agencies to support customer needs to address any maintenance related inquires and maintenance assist requests to sustain Operations and Logistics Management plans. Directed the logistics between Air Force and NASA of programs.  Utilized expertise to verify airworthiness of Boeing’s experimental aircraft landing gear system executing 8 skid plate tests to meet 16 test points advancing the $80 million demonstration program.

Military Liaison

Certified DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics Level I, Effectively bolstered maintenance activities achieving 3 first-ever flights for 3 advanced aircraft proto-types and first missile shoot down with a directed energy weapon.  Provided AFMC flight test support for $647M Navy Unmanned Combat Aerial System Demonstrator.  

Liaised between Air Force Flight Test Center & test team of 230 Navy/contractor personnel for standards integration. Evaluated supportability of $1.57B Navy Unmanned Combat Aerial System Demonstration project and Air Borne Laser systems. Developed, executed, and evaluated aircraft test plans, maintenance concepts and deployment support capabilities. 

Performed initial test & development of $298.8B integrated Boeing 747-400F Airborne Laser weapon system. Evaluated a Mega-watt class airborne chemical laser capable of destroying ballistic missiles in boost phase. Coordinated Airborne Laser launch/recovery, database maintenance and logged over 3500 critical data points. Directed integration of $500k Sapphire maintenance data collection system.

Logistics Test Evaluator

Supervised 8 personnel on mid-level maintenance on precision targeting systems and electronic warfare systems.  Repaired amplifier and logic circuits; microwave equipment; servomechanisms; radio frequency circuits; video displays; and power supply circuits. Inspected, maintained, programmed, and calibrated avionics equipment, SE, and aircraft components. Guided the repairs of electronic warfare systems and pods, sensor systems and components, wiring harnesses and cables. Recognized as “Top Maintainer” for 2008.

Office Depot

#1 in the district, reduced shrinkage by $27,000 which was paramount to the stores performance rating during annual inventory review.  Championed continuous process improvements in the delivery department exceeding completed rating by 12%.  Quickly resolved areas of improvement establishing new processes from start-to-finish.  Mentioned by management, “All around Hero” recognition.

Liaised between store and delivery drivers enroute. Coordinated invoice paperwork, logged orders via AOPS. Reviewed overdue accounts. Notified customers when orders are ready to be picked up. Managed timely repair of Low Altitude Navigation Targeting Infrared for Night pod systems and test stations for the F-15C/D/E Airframes within the geographically Centralized Repair Facility. Troubleshot and repaired electro-mechanical and electro-optical equipment, Forward Looking Infrared, gimbal assemblies, radar, laser transmitters and receivers and their sub-assemblies.

Performed operational tests on test equipment, support equipment, and aircraft components to determine condition, analyze performance, and isolate malfunctions in the radar, sensors, communications, weapons control, electronic warfare, and flight control and engine control systems. Certified HVAC Type I, II, III and Universal.
